The invoices are sent by email (.pdf format) in maximum 15 days from the payment, to the email address you provided us in the order process or later.

IMPORTANT:

  1. signature and seal are not obligatory on invoices, according to the Fiscal Code
  2. the invoice in .pdf format is the final invoice and represents an original, according to the Fiscal Code. Please print it and use it as an accounting document.

"If you do not want to store the invoices by electronic means, but only send them to the beneficiary via email, we consider that no electronic signature is required. In support of this statement we mention that it is no longer necessary to sign and stamp the invoice, therefore, the invoice received by e-mail and printed can be considered as an original copy. We consider that this procedure aims only to facilitate the provision of the invoice by the supplier / provider to the client and does not fall within the provisions of art. 155. lit. (8) c) from the Fiscal Code and the methodological norms given in its application."
