- Log in to the SpamExperts administration panel
- Click on the Spam Quarantine Spam icon
- Click the Subject link of the message you want to report Not Spam
- Then click on the Report Spam icon
- Then click Download as .eml
- Select Save File then click OK and save the file to your computer
- Click on Report Spam
- Click on Browse
- Upload the file and click Save
- Click on Upload
