These kinds of problems are caused (almost always) by a customer / network security breach (which allowed unauthorized client password) or a vulnerability to the applications you have installed in your account. In this situation, it is advisable to call a specialist / specialist company to identify and solve the crack.

For information, you need to follow these steps:
  •  Contact the Technical Dept and report the security issue.
  • Make sure that:   do not use operating systems or other pirated software; besides being illegal, it may also contain small unpleasant surprises (backdoor, trojan, etc.)
  •  make sure the operating system and software used on your stations are up to date with security updates
  •  make sure all your stations have installed an advanced antivirus (preferably with an anti rootkit component)
  • Check your stations against viruses but do not limit yourself to this kind of checks. There are many forms of "malware" and it's not always possible to identify them by an antivirus (keyloggers, rootkits, spyware, etc.)
  • updates to your installed applications on the server are up to date.
  •  After you have resolved the problem at your station / network level, contact Technical Support again to provide you with a new password.
It is recommended that the above checks (as well as others not specified here) be carried out by a person / company experienced in security matters. If you need assistance in cleaning your web site, please contact us (involves additional costs - https://www.hostx.ro/certificat-ssl/anti-malware.html)
