1. Access your CPanel at https://www.yourdomain.com:2083 (replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name)
  2. Select "MySQL Databases"
  3. Select the user to whom you want to grant the rights for the MySQL database
  4. Select the MySQL database for which you want to grant the right of use
  5. Press the "Add User to Db" button
  6. Check the required user privileges
  7. Save
