Please note that creating a MySQL user in cPanel does not imply granting the user the right to use a MySQL database.

  1. Access CPanel -> Databases section
  2. Select "MySQL Databases"
  3. Enter the user name in the "Username" field and the password in the "Password" field
  4. Press the "Add User" button
