In the shared hosting environment, the maximum number of attachments that can be sent in an email is 20. This restriction aims to keep the email service at optimal parameters, respectively to ensure the immediate delivery of emails. The restriction applies to sending and receiving.

If you want to attach more files we recommend that you archive them in a single file or send 2 or more emails (sharing attachments between these emails). If you want to frequently send/receive many and large attachments, we recommend that you ask for the Email Hosting service.
