When trying to send/receive emails you receive one of the following messages:
- The server could not be found. (Account:account name, POPserver:'mail', Error Number: 0x800ccc0d)
 - Task 'server name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800ccc0f): 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: ? K'
 - Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account. account name, Server: 'server name', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): N0, Error Number: 0x800ccc0f
 
Cause
The error occurs when Outlook or Outlook Express cannot establish a connection to the email server.
Solution
1. Check your firewall settings The following files must have Internet access:
- Outlook Express: Msimn.exe
 - Outlook: Outlook.exe
Your email client must have access to ports 25 and 110 
2. If you are using Norton Antivirus, visit the Symantec site for antivirus configuration suggestions. For more details go to http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2001082921552806
3. If you are using another antivirus, try to temporarily disable it. You can also try increasing the timeout limit for Outlook (Tools >> Accounts >> Properties >> Advanced). If the problem persists, access the Webmail system (http://www.yourdomain.ro/ webmail) and delete the email(s) with large attachments.
