To set up an IMAP email account in IncrediMail follow the steps below:
- To start the configuration process click on the Tools tab
- Click on Email Accounts >> Add
- Click on "Let me configure settings myself"
- Select Other for the account type
- Fill in the email address you want to configure and its password
- Then click on Next
- Fill in the server settings
- Select IMAP as server type
- Fill in the data for both incoming and outgoing server (use mail.domainname.tld - replace domainname.tld with your domain name)
- Click Next >> OK
- For the newly configured account go to Properties >> Servers
- Check "My server requires authentication"
- Then click on "More Settings"
- Make sure you have checked "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
- Click on the "Advanced" tab - from here you can modify the access ports
- Click on "Close"
