In general, it is advisable to add the signature from your email client (eg. Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.). However, it is possible to add a signature in RoundCube.

  • Upload the image signature to your web hosting account so that it is accessible in the browser
  • Go to Settings >> Preferences >> Composing Messages. Choose "always" for "Automatically Add Signature"
  • Create a new identity or choose an existing one. Enter the signature in the "Signature" field. Use "Drag and Drop" to copy the signature image from the browser. Alternatively, you can use HTML to insert the signature.
  • Save your changes
