In order to generate a CSR in Plesk Onyx it is necessary to follow the following procedure:

  1. Log in to Plesk
  2. Depending on the type of account you have 2 interfaces: Service Provider or Power User
  3. Click on SSL/TLS Certificates - for Service provider - go to the Domains section and select the domain for which you want to issue an SSL certificate
    - For Power User, go to the Websites & Domains section, identify the domain and click on SSL/TLS Certificates
  4. The following instructions are valid for both types of accounts: - fill in the data required for issuing the CSR
  5. Click on Request
  6. Click on the newly generated field and copy the CSR
