Transferring a .ro domain from another registrar to HostX is a simple procedure that requires following the steps below:
- Go to www.rotld.ro
- Go to section .ro Domains > Domain management > Online Administration
- Fill in the .ro domain name you want to transfer (without the www prefix)
- Enter your domain administration password (if you do not know it, you can generate a new password using the "Password Recovery" option)
- Fill in the code from the image next to the modification form
- Press the "Continue" button
- Access the Authorization Key area >> Transfer to another registrar
- Select Click here to get the mail with the Authorization Key required to transfer from the registrar ******* SRL to a new registrar
- The transfer authorization key will be sent to the email address that appears on whois for your domain
- Send the transfer key to the HostX Technical Dep. to initiate the transfer
- HostX will be completing the .ro domain transfer procedure
