The database is the most important part of a website. To perform a backup for the database associated with your WordPress website using WP-DB-Backup follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the WordPress admin panel
  2. Click on Plugins -> Add New
  3. In the search box look for WP-DB-Backup
  4. Click Install Now then Activate
  5. To perform a backup click on Tools
  6. Then click Backup
  7. Select the desired tables
  8. Check Download to your computer
  9. Click on Backup now!
