- Log in to your X-Cart administration account with an administrator account
- Navigate to the Store Setup -> Payment Methods section
- The system will display a list of all payment options and the status of each
- Make sure you have Active status for the desired option
- Click Configure to configure that method
- Click Save Changes to save the settings
