To activate the Maintenance Mode in PrestaShop follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the PrestaShop admin panel as an administrator
  2. In the top menu bar, click Preferences, then click Maintenance
  3. At Enable Shop, click No. This will put the store offline
  4. In the Maintenance IP box, enter the IP address from where you can access the PrestaShop application while it is in maintenance.
  5. Click Save. Now when you visit your PrestaShop store from a past IP address in the Maintenance IP area the store will display correctly. All other visitors will have a Site Maintenance message displayed.
