SEF URLs are an abbreviation for Search Engine Friendly URL which translates to search engine optimized URLs. These URLs will help you better index your online store's links in search engines.

To activate the SEF URL, follow the procedure below:

  1. Log in to the PrestaShop administration panel
  2. Navigate to the Preferences> SEO & URLs menu
  3. Verify that the Friendly URL is Yes
  4. Then click Save
