How to manually install Pagekit on a HostX.ro hosting package?

In this tutorial we will show you how to install Pagekit on HostX hosting platform.

Step 1: Download and prepare files

1. Download the latest version of Pagekit
2. Extract the files to your computer
3. Once the files are extracted, you can upload them to the desired directory on the servers using an FTP client

Step 2: Initializing installation

1. After uploading the files via FTP to your hosting account, access the link to the location on your website where you want to install Pagekit
2. The installer will open - click on Next
3. Choose the language and then click Next

Step 3: Configure the database and Administrator account

1. In the configuration procedure fill in the login data for the database: hostname, user, password, database name and table prefix
2. You can generate a new database from the cPanel administration panel of your site (Database section)
3. Then click Next
4. In the next window enter the rest of the information for your new Pagekit website
5. Then click on Install
