HostX provides R1Soft and JetBackup systems for managing backups of your websites with a retention of 7-14 days.


 We recommend that you periodically perform local backups for your websites by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the cPanel administration panel
  2. Navigate to the Database -> PhpMyAdmin section
  3. Identify the database used by the Pagekit
  4. Click Export - to save the desired database
  5. With an FTP client (FileZilla, TotalCommander, etc.) authenticate via FTP to your hosting account
  6. Save locally  the directory where you have the Pagekit application installed
