- Log in to the OpenCart administration panel
- From the menu on the left, select Extensions >> Extensions
- From the Choose the extension type selector select Shipping
- Select the desired Shipping method and click on the (pencil-like) Edit icon
- For example for a fixed fee select Flat Rate, then click on the Edit button to the right of this option
- Set the costs and in the upper right corner click on Save
