• troubleshooting technical issues at server level - hardware and software
  • resolve technical issues at the level of HostX network or data centres where the HostX servers are located
  • basic assistance in using control panels - cPanel and SolidCP
  • providing the general information needed to configure the applications installed on HostX servers
  • providing log file information to troubleshoot installed applications in HostX client accounts, but without performing the actual debugging
  • making changes / reconfigurations for certain operating parameters of the services, following the requests of the HostX clients, insofar as these changes do not contravene the internal policies of HostX
  • reconfigure client applications if the operation is required as a result of major changes in the configuration of the services offered by HostX (IP changes, major upgrades, etc.)
