1. Log in to the OpenCart administration panel
  2. From the menu on the right, select Catalogue >> Products
  3. Edit the product to which you want to add similar products
  4. Select the Links tab and scroll to the Related Products section
  5. In that field, start typing the name of the product you want to appear as a similar product and click on it
  6. It will be added to the list of similar products
  7. Save the product from the top right
