1. Log in to the Magento administration panel
2. From the System section - click on Configuration
3. In the menu on the left select General -> Web
4. In this section click on Secure
5. In the Base URL section - enter the https:// protocol followed by your domain name
6. In the Use Secure URLs in Frontend and Use Secure URLs in Admin sections, select Yes for both
7. Save
