1. Log in to the Joomla admin panel
  2. From the menu, click System >> Global Configuration
  3. Then click on the System tab
  4. In the Debug Settings section, identify the Debug System field and choose Yes
  5. Click Save in the upper right
  6. Joomla debugging console will be displayed
