How to backup manually a Pimcore website?

To perform a manual Pimcore backup follow the steps below:

Saving files:

1. Log in with an FTP user to the hosting account where you hosted your Pimcore site
2. Navigate to the directory where you have the Pimcore instance installed
3. Download all the contents of the directory to your computer

To back up the database, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the cPanel administration panel
2. Navigate to the Databases -> PhpMyAdmin section
3. Identify the database used by Pimcore
4. In PhpMyAdmin click on the Export button
5. Save the database locally
