If you want all admin accounts to be notified via your DirectAdmin server's messaging system every time a new account is created by any type of account - other admins, resellers, etc. -, you'll need to enable the following setting in DirectAdmin:
notify_admins_on_all_account_creationYou can do this even simpler, through the command line (root access is required):
/usr/local/directadmin/directadmin set notify_admins_on_all_account_creation 1 restartThe above command will set notify_admins_on_all_account_creation to value 1 in /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf file.
Restart DirectAdmin for the new settings to be applied immediately.
You will now receive notifications through the messaging system in the following format:

Subject: User account mynewaccount has just been created
Account resellerhosting has just created User mynewaccount from IP 1.2.3.4 Domain: mynewaccount.com
