If your emails are stored on another server that offers IMAP or POP access, you can import them into your SmarterMail Enterprise account by following the steps below:

  1. Access the Webmail system at mail.yourdomain.com (replace your domain with the real name of your domain)
  2. Log in to the email account where you want to import the messages
  3. Go to Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Mailbox Migration
  4. Select the type of server from which you want to transfer the messages
  5. Select the type of information you want to transfer
  6. Enter the access data for the account from which you want to import
  7. Start the import process
