Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync uses push email technology to synchronize emails, calendars and contacts with your device in real time.
To configure Windows Mobile to use Exchange ActiveSync, you must complete the following steps:
- Start >> Programs >> ActiveSync
- Click Set up your device ...
- Enter your email address
- Uncheck Attempt to detect Exchange Server Settings automatically
- Next
- Enter the address of the Webmail system (generally mail.yourdomain.ro)
- If the Webmail system is running on an SSL connection, check This server requires an encrypted (SSL)
- Next
- Fill in the following fields:
- user (without @yourdomain.ro)
- password
- domain name
