CPanel allows you to manage all aspects of email (adding, deleting, modifying accounts, managing discussion lists, setting up spam filters, etc.).

Due to the flexibility of CPanel, it is possible to combine several options. For example, you can define:

  • an auto-responder that sends a message such as "Not available. I will contact you very soon",
  • a "forwarder" to send the received messages to your Yahoo email account and
  • a spam filter to block all emails that have in the Subject field the "free money" combination.

You can read your emails both online and offline.

There are 3 variants for reading emails online: Horde, RoundCube and SquirrelMail. These are 3 robust webmail systems that allow reading, saving emails, defining a calendar as well as other basic operations. The difference between Horde and an offline email client (The Bat, Outlook) is that in the first case the operations are done online and in general the email clients offer more facilities for managing emails.

Using Horde, RoundCube or SquirrelMail is optional. You can also use an online/offline combination - when you do not have access to your personal computer you can read emails online, and from your personal computer you can use Outlook. CPanel will automatically generate the configuration file for Outlook. It is sufficient to download this file to your own computer and run it.
