If your emails are stored on another server that offers IMAP or POP access, you can import them into your SmarterMail Enterprise account by following the steps below:
- Access the Webmail system at mail.yourdomain.com (replace your domain with the real name of your domain)
- Log in to the email account where you want to import the messages
- Go to Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Mailbox Migration
- Select the type of server from which you want to transfer the messages
- Select the type of information you want to transfer
- Enter the access data for the account from which you want to import
- Start the import process
