If you want a certain user not to access your website and you know the IP from which the user is trying to access you can block access from that IP.

  1. Log in to the concrete5 management panel
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard -> System & Settings section
  3. Locate the Permissions & Access section and select the IP Blacklist option
  4. Enter the IP address you want to block in the Permanent IP Ban section
  5. Click on Save
