Turpentine is a full-page caching extension for Magento. Turpentine works with Varnish.
Turpentine configures Varnish to interact with Magento and modify its behavior to significantly improve the cache-hit rate.
It is considered a stable extension but we recommend that you test it on a development environment before installing it on the production server (to ensure that there are no conflicts with other extensions used).
